TEMPAT REGISTRASI \/ <em>REGISTRATION<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Registrasi seluruh partisipan (baik peserta, panitia, volunteer, maupun undangan)\u00a0hanya dapat dilakukan melalui website resmi <strong><a title=\"Float2Nature's Official Website\" href=\"http:\/\/float2nature.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Float2Nature<\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0<em>Registration for all participants (attendees, committees, volunteers, and invitees) can only be submitted through <strong><a title=\"Float2Nature's Official Website\" href=\"http:\/\/float2nature.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Float2Nature<\/a><\/strong>\u2018s official website.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Seluruh partisipan yang terdaftar akan mendapatkan email konfirmasi dari pihak penyelenggara.\u00a0<em>All registered participants will have a confirmation email sent to them from the organizer.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Seluruh partisipan yang dapat menghadiri <strong>#F2N2016<\/strong> hanya mereka yang terdaftar dalam database.\u00a0<em>Participants attending the #F2N2016 are limited to those listed in the organizer\u2019s database.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>B. BATAS UMUR \/ <em>AGE REGULATION<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>#F2N2016<\/strong> dapat dihadiri semua orang yang terdaftar tanpa batas umur tertentu.\u00a0<em><strong>#F2N2016<\/strong> is open to be attended by all registrants listed in the database with no age restriction.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Partisipan yang berusia di bawah 3 tahun tidak dikenakan biaya.\u00a0<em>Participants who are three (3) years old and below do not need to pay registration fee.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Bagi partisipan yang tidak memiliki\u00a0nomor Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP), wajib didampingi walinya. Kolom isian &#8220;Nomor Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP)&#8221; pada formulir pendaftaran diisi dengan nomor identitas wali.\u00a0<em>Participants with no valid ID (Passport) must be accompanied with a legal guardian. The \u201cID Number\u201d field in the registration form is to be filled with the guardian\u2019s ID Number.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>C. PEMBAGIAN KAMAR\u00a0&amp; RE-GROUP \/ <em>ROOM GROUPING &amp; RE-GROUPING MECHANISM<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<div align=\"left\">\n<ol>\n<li>Seluruh peserta akan dibagi dalam kelompok dengan jumlah maksimum\u00a0<strong>2\u00a0orang\/kelompok\/kamar<\/strong>.\u00a0<em>All participants will be divided into a group of <strong>two (2) persons per group per room<\/strong>.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Para peserta dapat mengajukan permohonan\u00a0<em>re-group<\/em>\u00a0melalui satu orang perwakilan kelompoknya dengan mengirimkan\u00a0<strong>nama<\/strong> &amp;\u00a0<strong>Primary Attendee ID<\/strong>\u00a0setiap anggotanya ke\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:register@float2nature.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">register@float2nature.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0dengan subyek &#8220;<strong>#F2N2016Regroup<\/strong>&#8221; selambat-lambatnya tanggal <strong>18 Agustus 2016<\/strong>.\u00a0<em>Participants are granted a re-grouping request by emailing <strong><a href=\"mailto:register@float2nature.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">register@float2nature.com<\/a><\/strong> with \u201c<strong>#F2N2016Regroup<\/strong>\u201d as the subject, including the names and Primary Attendee IDs of the persons requesting re-group (2 persons) in the email body, no longer than <strong>August 18, 2016<\/strong>.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>D. KENDARAAN PRIBADI \/ <em>PRIVATE VEHICLES<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>Para partisipan diperkenankan membawa kendaraan pribadi hanya sebatas\u00a0<em>meeting point <\/em>Pelabuhan Tanjung Mas, Semarang.\u00a0<em>Participants are only allowed to bring private vehicles up to the meeting point (Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas, Semarang).<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Biaya parkir &amp; keamanan kendaraan pribadi milik partisipan di luar tanggung jawab pihak penyelenggara. <em>Parking fee and security regarding participant\u2019s private vehicles are not included in the organizer\u2019s responsibility.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>E. KETENTUAN PEMBAYARAN \/ <em>TERMS OF PAYMENT<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pembayaran dilakukan\u00a0dengan metode transfer\/setoran tunai<strong>.\u00a0<\/strong><em>Payment is to be made by method of transfer \/ cash deposit only.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Pembayaran wajib dilakukan\u00a0selambat-lambatnya\u00a0<strong>24 jam<\/strong>\u00a0setelah email konfirmasi pendaftaran\u00a0terkirim.\u00a0<em>Payment shall be made not later than<strong> 24 hours<\/strong> after the registration confirmation email is sent.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Jika tersedia fitur untuk mengisi berita transfer (<em>remark<\/em>)\u00a0di ATM\/internet banking\/mobile banking, untuk mempersingkat waktu pengecekan, isilah kolom tersebut\u00a0dengan nomor <strong>Primary Attendee ID<\/strong>\u00a0yang tertera pada invoice.\u00a0<em>If there is any available features for a transfer news (remark) in the ATM \/ internet banking \/ mobile banking application, fill the column with<strong> Primary Attendee ID number <\/strong>stated on the invoice to shorten the payment verification\u00a0process.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Setelah melakukan pembayaran, segera lakukan konfirmasi melalui\u00a0<strong><a title=\"Float2Nature - Payment Confirmation\" href=\"http:\/\/float2nature.com\/payment-confirmation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">link ini<\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0<em>After making the payment, please confirm via this <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/float2nature.com\/payment-confirmation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">link<\/a><\/strong>.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Jika pembayaran tidak dilakukan pada tenggat waktu yang telah ditentukan, calon peserta <strong>dianggap<\/strong> telah <strong>membatalkan pendaftarannya<\/strong> dan data pendaftarannya akan dihapus dari database.\u00a0\u00a0<em>If payment is not made within the predetermined deadline, applicants are <strong>deemed to have cancelled<\/strong> the registration and the <strong>registration data will be deleted<\/strong> from the database.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>F. PEMBATALAN \/ <em><u>CANCELLATIONS<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Jika pembatalan pendaftaran <strong>dilakukan oleh\u00a0pihak peserta<\/strong>, <strong>biaya pendaftaran<\/strong> yang telah dibayarkan<strong> tidak dapat dikembalikan<\/strong>. Data pendaftaran peserta akan dihapus dari database kami.\u00a0<em>If the cancellation of the registration is <strong>done by the participant<\/strong>, <strong>paid registration fees are non refundable<\/strong>. Participant\u2019s registration data will be deleted from our database.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Jika pembatalan acara <strong>dilakukan oleh\u00a0pihak penyelenggara<\/strong>\u00a0akibat\u00a0<strong>kuota minimum\u00a0jumlah peserta tidak tercapai<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>100%<\/strong>\u00a0biaya pendaftaran peserta yang telah dibayarkan akan <strong>dikembalikan<\/strong>.\u00a0<em>If the cancellation of the event is conducted <strong>by the organizers<\/strong> due to the <strong>failure of minimum participants quota reach<\/strong>, <strong>100% <\/strong>of the participants\u2019 paid registration fees will be <strong>refunded<\/strong>.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Jika pembatalan acara dilakukan\u00a0<strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">oleh\u00a0<\/span><strong>pihak penyelenggara<\/strong><\/strong>\u00a0akibat faktor<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Force_majeure\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong> <em>force majeure <\/em><\/strong><\/a><strong>sebelum waktu penyelenggaraan dan setelah masa pendaftaran berakhir,\u00a0<\/strong><strong>50%<\/strong>\u00a0biaya pendaftaran peserta yang telah dibayarkan akan <strong>dikembalikan<\/strong>.\u00a0<em>If the cancellation of the event is conducted <strong>by the organizers<\/strong> due to <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Force_majeure\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>force majeure<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0factors <strong>prior to the event time and after the registration period closes<\/strong>, <strong>50%<\/strong> of the of the participants\u2019 paid registration fees will be <strong>refunded<\/strong>.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Jika pembatalan acara dilakukan\u00a0oleh\u00a0<strong>pihak penyelenggara<\/strong>\u00a0akibat\u00a0faktor <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Force_majeure\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><em>force majeure <\/em><\/strong><\/a><strong>pada waktu penyelenggaraan,<\/strong>\u00a0biaya pendaftaran yang telah dibayarkan <strong>tidak dapat dikembalikan<\/strong>.\u00a0<em>If the cancellation of the event is conducted <strong>by the organizers<\/strong> due to <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Force_majeure\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>force majeure<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0factors <strong>at the time of the event<\/strong>, paid registration fees are <strong>non refundable<\/strong>.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>G. DAFTAR TUNGGU \/ <em>WAITING LIST<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Setiap calon peserta yang mendaftarkan diri dalam daftar tunggu\u00a0akan diurutkan berdasarkan waktu pada saat melakukan pendaftaran<em>.\u00a0Each prospective participant enrolled in the waiting list will be sorted by the registration time-stamp.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Jika ada pembatalan pendaftaran,\u00a0kami akan mendaftarkan orang pertama dalam antrean daftar tunggu.
